Chemical Name: Pectin esterase (pectinase) solution, Glycerol, Na benzoate.

A liquid pure pectinmethylesterase from a self-cloned strain of Aspergillus niger, developed to enhance fruit/vegetable integrity, firmness, mouthfeel and stability in preparations including jams, sauces, fruit/vegetable cubes or slices.
