Procedure:
Add ingredients of Phase A in the above order at room temperature with constant agitation. Add ingredients of Phase B in the above order at room temperature with constant agitation. When all products of Phase B are dissolved and smooth white phase results, add to Phase A with agitation. Once Phases are joined increase agitation until smooth, shiny white product results. Reduce agitation and continue stirring until thickened product results.
