Borage Oil is an oily extract produced by maceration of Borago officinalis flowers and leaves in sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus). Cosmetic applications include purifying, anti-aging, hair color protection and emollient.
Recommended Use Level: 0.5 - 5.0%.
