Delvo Plant GLU is a liquid glucan 1,4-α-glucosidase (amyloglucosidase) from Aspergillus niger
- Total hydrolysis of dextrins into glucose, applicable on all type of starches
- Hydrolysis of the 1,4-α-D-glucose residues from the non-reducing ends of starch, maltodextrins or maltose, increases glucose level which increases the sweetness of the starch.
