  • Total hydrolysis of dextrins into maltose, applicable on all type of starches
  • Hydrolysis of the 1,4-α-D-glucose residues from the non-reducing ends of starch, maltodextrins or maltose.  Increases maltose level which increases the sweetness of the starch.
