Maxipro FPC is a granulated product containing an endo and exo-protease from Aspergillus oryzae.

• Broad spectrum pH activity 5.6 - 10, optimal temperature 45-60° C.
• Breaks down proteins into peptides, increases functional properties and digestibility of proteins.
