Rapidase® Press KPO is a liquid polygalacturonase (pectinase) derived from Aspergillus niger.
- Developed for apple and pear pulp maceration, works well on berries also.
- Hydrolyze soluble pectin in cell wall, decrease mash viscosity, easier juice extraction, improves yield.
- Approved for Kosher for Passover production.
